A grilling class built around juicy marinated chicken thighs and summer vegetables, designed to maximize one grill session into three distinct meals. You’ll build confidence around the grill and create a fresh BBQ plate, a composed summer cobb salad, and vibrant pesto grain bowls—each with a completely different flavor profile and presentation, all from the same core cooking session.
