Berries & Cream Smoothie

- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup Tillamook Oregon Marionberry Lowfat Yogurt
- 1 ยฝ cups frozen Oregon berry blend
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Add ingredients: Add milk, yogurt, berries, honey, vanilla, and salt to the base of a blender.
- Blend: Blend until creamy and smooth. If itโs too thick, add more milk 1-2 tablespoons at a time until you reach your desired thickness.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.
Blackberry Matcha Glow Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Handful of fresh spinach (or ยผ cup frozen)
- 8 oz silken tofu
- Juice of ยฝ of a lemon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup frozen Oregon blackberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Blend base ingredients: Add all ingredients, except for the blackberries and chia, into the blender.
- First blend: Blend until fully smooth. Fill two glasses 2/3 full with smoothie.
- Add berries and chia: Add the blackberries and chia to the remaining smoothie in the blender. Add a little more juice if needed and blend to incorporate.
- Serve: Fill the rest of the glasses with the blackberry blend for a fun layered color effect.
Blackberry Banana Bread Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen Oregon Berry Blend
- 1 large ripe banana
- ยฝ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ยผ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ยฝ teaspoon cinnamon
- โ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Combine ingredients: Add all ingredients to the base of a blender.
- Blend: Blend until thick and silky. Adjust with more milk if needed.
