Tahini Chicken Wraps with Crunchy Veggies

Ingredients:
- For the Tahini Chicken Salad:
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup Mighty Sesame Spicy Tahini
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 2–3 tbsp warm water (to thin as needed)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Wraps:
- 4 whole wheat or spinach wraps/tortillas
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
- ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or baby spinach
- Optional: sliced avocado or sprouts for extra texture
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, and garlic. Slowly add warm water until smooth and spreadable. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold shredded rotisserie chicken into the tahini dressing until well-coated.
- Lay out each wrap and layer with chicken, crunchy veggies, and any extras. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in parchment/foil for a portable lunch. Keeps fresh in fridge for up to 24 hours.
Maple Tahini Yogurt Dip with Apples

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- Pinch of salt
- Apples, cored and sliced
Instructions:
- Add yogurt, tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon, orange juice, and salt to a medium bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Drizzle in water until a smooth, creamy consistency forms.
