Dipping Dessert Bar
Dessert as a group activity. Melt the chocolate, spread everything out on the counter, and let people figure out the rest themselves. Strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, frozen banana slices, brownie bites — whatever you put out will disappear. Toppings go in little piles: flaky salt, sprinkles, crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut. The setup takes ten minutes. The mess is the fun part, and the cleanup is one satisfying roll of the paper.

Instructions
- Make the chocolate dip: Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of barely simmering water — the bowl should not touch the water. Stir gently and consistently until completely melted and smooth. The coconut oil keeps the chocolate fluid and gives dipped items a clean, glossy finish. Remove from heat and transfer to a warm serving bowl. Keep warm over a small candle warmer or folded kitchen towel if needed during the segment. Do not overheat — chocolate should be fluid and glossy, not steaming.
- Make the White Chocolate Glaze: Melt using the same double boiler or microwave method. Transfer to a small squeeze bottle or a zip-top bag with a tiny corner snipped off for easy drizzling. White chocolate sets quickly — keep it warm and fluid.
- Dip and Sprinkle: Apply Reynolds Kitchens Countertop Prep Paper to your counter. Dip items into chocolate glaze and sprinkle with your choice of toppings. Drizzle with white chocolate glaze as desired. Get creative and have fun, using the prep paper as your surface and easy clean up after!
