Made with warm turkey broth, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and a dash of hot sauce, it’s bold, comforting, and full of umami. Garnish with lemon, ginger, or pickled veggies for a flavor-forward drink that’s totally unexpected and surprisingly delicious.


B&B Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup turkey broth (homemade or low-sodium)
  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes vinegar-based hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Garnish: lemon wheels, fresh ginger, or pickled vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Warm the Broth: In a small saucepan, heat the turkey broth over low heat until just warm to the touch.
  2. Build the Cocktail: Add 1.5 oz bourbon to each mug. Top with Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, and cayenne (if using).
  3. Finish: Pour in 1/2 cup warm broth per mug and stir. Garnish with lemon, ginger, or pickled veg, and serve warm.
