Lychee Enzoni
Juicy lychees (fresh or canned—no judgment!) are muddled and shaken with gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup for a bittersweet, floral refresher that’s as bold as it is balanced. Served over ice and garnished with skewered lychees, it’s a breezy, modern cocktail perfect for summer nights—or whenever you want to feel like you're on vacation.

Ingredients:
- 5 fresh lychees (or canned), plus 2 more for garnish
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
- Muddle: In a shaker, muddle the lychees until broken down and juicy.
- Combine: Add gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain: Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish: Skewer the remaining lychees and garnish the drink. Serve immediately.
