Sunrise Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Ginger
  • 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 8 oz silken tofu, drained of liquid
  • 2 oranges, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to achieve a pourable consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
