Ingredients:
- 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Ginger
- 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Turmeric
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 8 oz silken tofu, drained of liquid
- 2 oranges, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed to achieve a pourable consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
