Glazed Onion & Garlic Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Dorot Gardens Frozen Glazed Onions
  • 2 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
  • 4 frozen cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or feta)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Aromatics: Preheat oven to 375°F. In an oven-safe non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil or butter. Sauté garlic cubes for 30 seconds until fragrant, then stir in glazed onions and cook 1–2 minutes to thaw. Add parsley cubes and let thaw in residual heat.
  2. Make the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in cheese, then pour over the cooked aromatics in the skillet. Stir gently to distribute. Cook over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes until edges begin to set.
  3. Bake: Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and lightly golden. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for extra color. Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
